From June 2010, four new destinations to be launched by easyJet. With effect from June 2010 easyJet will be offering new routes from EuroAirport to Nantes, Ajaccio, Split and Thessaloniki. In addition to opening these new services, easyJet is further expanding its range of flights to Bordeaux, Malaga and Marrakech. Furthermore, Porto and Rome will once again have a daily service with effect from June 2010 and there will be 8 flights a week to Alicante.
With the arrival of the 5th aircraft (an Airbus A319 with 156 seats) for its base at EuroAirport, easyJet is significantly expanding its range of flights for the tri-national region with effect from June 2010. After the successful start for Bordeaux as a new destination in summer 2009, easyJet is further expanding its presence on routes to Western France with 3 new flights a week to Nantes. There will also be 2 flights a week to Ajaccio in Corsica. EuroAirport will for the first time be offering scheduled flights to Split in Croatia (2 flights per week) and to Thessaloniki on the Greek mainland (3 flights per week). The arrival of the 5th easyJet aircraft will create around 35 direct jobs.
